- Place orders in the CBRES web system and the customer's web system
- Ensure invoices are processed and paid correctly
- Manage purchasing processes and maintain contact with both existing and new suppliers
- Monitor customer contracts and ensure compliance with contractual conditions (agreements, SLAs, and KPIs)
- Handle customer invoicing
- Prepare data for monthly, quarterly, and other reports
- Propose improvements and enhance standards for financial management at the site
- Participate in and plan coordination meetings with suppliers
- Prepare and present the monthly financial report to the client
- Schedule reconciliation meetings with Financial Support
- Manage and archive relevant documentation for the assignment
- Follow up on agreements and ensure quality of documentation and reporting
- Maintain and ensure easy access to QHSE documentation using the company's systems
